Tony Addock, Managing Partner of the Birchman Group and guest speaker Any Weir, CIO of Bankwest will be presenting  at a Breakfast meeting on 30th June 2010.

Tony will present the findings from Birchman’s recent international Portfolio and Program management survey, ValueScan. The survey was developed to provide comparisons across companies, industries and regions uncovering how organisations compare and improve.

Areas to be discussed include:

• Portfolio, Project and Programme management;
• Investment and benefits management
• Capacity, capability and resource management; and
• The management of risk

In addition, we are tremendously pleased to present Bankwest’s Chief Information Officer, Andy Weir. Andy will outline key elements of the Bank’s journey to be the ‘best value, most innovative bank in Australia.’
