The Birchman Group continua creciendo dramáticamente al anunciar que ha adquirido la subsidiaria de Plaut Consulting en el Reino Unido, un proveedor líder en la gestión de consultoría y en la implantación de soluciones SAP.

La subsidiaria de Plaut Consulting en el Reino Unido ha sido creada en 1993 y se ha desarrollado en base a un equipo de consultores excepcionales, con alta experiencia y trayectoria de éxito en una variedad de sectores. Esta empresa también es una de los primeros socios de SAP en este país con un envidiable pedigrí de implantaciones SAP. Esta transacción acentúa la estrategia de Birchman de combinar su crecimiento fuerte con adquisiciones selectivas y fortalece especialmente la práctica de Soluciones IT en el Reino Unido.

Esta transacción sigue la adquisición e integración exitosa y reciente de la subsidiaria española de Plaut Consulting por parte de Birchman.
